Home Pest Control In Reno, NV

Protecting Your Reno Home From Pests

Keeping pests out of your house might not seem like a big deal. All it takes is keeping your doors closed and screens on your windows, and you should be good, right? Not necessarily. Although doing both of those things can help keep some pests out, there are many ways into your house that you might not be aware of. Avoiding a pest infestation is important because pests can damage your house and harm your family, so knowing how to prevent pests and what to do if they get inside is key. In either case, Frontier Pest Control can help. We have over 50 years of experience protecting homes in the Reno area from pests and offer the customized solutions you need to keep your home pest-free.

Our Home Pest Control Services

a nice house

We started Frontier Pest Control because we wanted to provide our customers with pest control that was customized to their needs, and that is exactly what we continue to do. When you contact us for home pest control, we’ll take the time to get to know you and your pest problems instead of simply offering a cookie-cutter treatment that looks the same for everyone. You can tell us what pests you’ve seen, where you’ve seen them, and what problems you’ve experienced so we can offer the best solution for your pest control issues.

After talking with you, we’ll inspect your home, starting inside, then moving outdoors. We’ll look around the perimeter of your house, including walkways and patios. When our inspection is complete, we’ll go over our findings with you and present our recommended treatment plan to you.

We use Integrated Pest Management methodology to provide faster, more direct solutions for your pest problems that use fewer chemicals and are more eco-friendly. Depending on your needs and our agreed upon pest control plan, we may do any or all of the following:

  • Spot treat the interior of your house with liquid residuals and gel baits.

  • Treat the exterior of your property with liquid residuals around windows, doors, and exterior lighting.

  • Use a granular product on landscape areas around the foundation.

  • Treat areas for spiders around the exterior, including de-webbing and taking down egg sacs.

  • If needed, we can go under your house to treat issues and pipes.

After our initial service, we’ll return within 30 days to re-treat. This treatment is necessary to break up egg cycles. We will treat the exterior at this time, as well as the interior if needed. Routine follow-up services keep your home pest-free in the coming months and years. After our first two treatments, most homes do best with bi-monthly services.

Our Home Pest Control Process

Inspection

Our inspection process begins by talking with you to discuss what you’ve been experiencing for pest problems and where those problems have been taking place. We’ll then inspect the interior and exterior of your house in order to create a pest control plan that truly meets your needs.

Customer Reviews

Blake does a great job. I had been dealing with wasp issues on my front porch all summer, and Blake came out and took care of it on the same day that I called. Price was what he quoted on call. On top of that, he educated me on how to prevent them from coming back. Professional and top notch at what he does. Highly recommend. Thank you.
